With the help of federal, state and local transportation partners, MDX is dedicated to bringing improved mobility to South Florida roadways and YOU.

Florida Department of Transportation
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and MDX are working to make traveling on South Florida's roadways safer and more efficient. Together we bring you the Road Rangers, who will help fix a flat tire or bring you gas. The FDOT and MDX are collaborating on improving operations on the SR- 836 corridor from NW 17th Avenue to the Port of Miami and alleviating congestion at the SR-836 and SR-826 interchange.

Metropolitan Planning Organization
Together MDX and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) work to develop transportation planning solutions that will address future transportation issues in South Florida. The MPO approved the 20-year, $2.75 billion Master Transportation Plan developed by MDX to tackle transportation needs on its local expressways.

Florida Turnpike Enterprise
MDX is working with the Florida Turnpike Enterprise to bring you state-of-the-art technologies for the SunPass Electronic Toll System. Together, we are working to position SunPass lanes, toll plaza operations and advanced signage throughout MDX roadways to make your commute easier.

Florida Highway Patrol
To ensure safety, the Florida Highway Patrol is responsible for law enforcement of MDX expressways.
