The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority is seeking the services of a qualified firm (Proposer or Consultant)with the necessary qualifications and expertise to submit Proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) Services and contract administration for the Construction of the Design-Build Project MDX Work Program Number 10019.030 -Systemwide Implementation of Dynamic Message Signs (the Project).

A Non-Mandatory Meeting is scheduled for January 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the MDX Board Room.
