Procurement Title: STATEMENT OF AUDITING STANDARDS NO. 70 (SAS 70) AUDIT REPORT

The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from qualified firms to perform an annual Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type I and/or Type II audit of the implementation of the Open Road Tolling (ORT) Toll Collection System. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for July 13, 2010 at 10:00 A.M., Eastern Time. Although attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, all Proposers are encouraged to attend.

The deadline for submitting a Proposal in response to this solicitation is August 9, 2010 by 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time.
