The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX”) or (“Authority”), requires the services of a qualified Consultant to provide Project Development and Environment Study Services for the US-1 Express Lanes. Note: In order to download any MDX solicitation, you must first be registered as a Vendor with MDX. This can only be facilitated through MDX’s Website: www.mdxway.com under “Doing Business with MDX: Vendor Registration”. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 26, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. The deadline for submitting a Statement of Qualifications is May 18, 2010 by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
