Attendance by MDX Board Members or members of the public may be in person or via conference telephone (Land line connections only, no cellular phones). If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at its monthly Board meeting, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. All MDX meeting locations comply with applicable requirements of the American with Disabilities Act. Auxiliary aids or services will be provided upon request with at least five (5) days notice prior to the proceedings.
