Attendance by MDX Board Members or members of the public may be in person or via conference telephone. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at its monthly Board meeting, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
