Mr. Vigil is a Partner with the firm of Rasco, Reininger, Perez, Esquenazi & Vigil, P.L. He focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including joint ventures, and represents foreign investors in real property transactions. Mr. Vigil is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University. He is a member of The Florida Bar. He was appointed to the Authority by the Governor of Florida and his term expires on April 6, 2010.
