Ms. Soler-McKinley is the former City Manager for the City of South Miami, Florida. Her prior positions include Executive Director of the Miami Bayside Foundation and Executive Director of the Presidents Advisory Board for office of Cuba Broadcasting. Ms. Soler-McKinley holds an Associates degree in Business from Miami-Dade Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Florida International University, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. She was appointed to the Authority by the Commission and her term expires February 7, 2009.
