Mr. Lacasa currently practices law with the firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., in the firm's administrative and governmental practice group. He is a former member of the State of Florida House of Representatives. Mr. Lacasa has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami, and a Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a member of The Florida Bar and a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed to the Authority by the Governor of Florida and his term expires April 6, 2009.
