Nick A. Inamdar is responsible for the location, underwriting and financing of multifamily housing sites in Florida and maintains oversight of the governmental affairs of the company. He is currently involved in the development of 534 affordable housing units in Miami-Dade County with a cost basis of more than $110,000,000. Mr. Inamdar is an advocate for affordable housing issues and is involved with the Legislative Committee of the statewide Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers. Prior to joining The Gatehouse Group, Mr. Inamdar was a consultant for Federal, State, County and Municipal elected officials and candidates. Mr. Inamdar graduated from The Florida State University.
